Field collection is the facility provided to collection agents so that they can visit the customer location and collect amount through mobile. Through filed collection you need to first assign the customer list or group to collection agent so that collection agents can see customer accounts for collection.
Jainam Software has built on intelligent system where there is no manual effort required. Jainam Software has made filed collection extremely simple. Just carry your smart phone and access Field Collection menu, you will automatically get list of customer loans or deposit.
Follow this process to get collection list on agent mobile.
1)Create agent ID from HR Management > Employee List.
2)Give permission to agent from HR Management > Access Control List. Select agent name and permission name for example Field Collection – Loan Collection List.
3)Create Group from Master Setup > Customer Group or List and make agent as collector of that group. Make sure customer is mapped to Group. You can check this in Customer > Summary.
A. List Assignment
While managing Field Collection , all the customers should be part of list or group. Now in Field Collection menu under List Assignment option you have to decide which collection agent to collect from which customer group. You can assign particular group to particular agent. This assignment is valid only for the date it is assigned. This is done for security purpose.
B. Loan Collection List
In Loan Collection list ,agent or employee can see assigned group of customer collection list. Now when you do this assignment, your collection agent will automatically start seeing the list of customers from that specific group in mobile. The application also provides the facility to define the customer sequence so that in less time your collection agent can approach more customers on the field. So while doing field collection agent can receive installment amount using different mode like by cash , by bank ,RTGS/NEFT/IMPS, google pay, UPI etc.
C. Loan Skipped List
While doing collection, if customer paid partial amount or customer may be not available to make payment , in such scenario agent can skipped that customer for that day. So this will be all done from loan collection list. So before skipping customer profile , agent can create follow up reminder for that particular customer .Loan skipped list also plays an important role while managing field collection. So whatever customer profile skipped from loan collection list, it will show in loan skipped report. If customer available again for collection then admin can undo skip, and it will reflect again in collection list.
D. Loan Collection List All
Loan Collection List All , this access plays a vital role in Field collection Management system. This access admin can give to agent to see collection list according to assigned groups. So from Loan Collection list agent can use filter option to see groupwise collection list of that particular day. You can see the real time information of your collection agent collection from your mobile.
E. Deposit Collection List
In jainam Software , like loan collection list , same deposit collection also managed very simple way. your collection agent will automatically start seeing the list of customers from that specific group in mobile. In while managing field collection, different types of deposit we can receive from customer like Recurring Deposit , Saving Deposit , Pigmy Saving Deposit etc. So agent can receive collection amount of deposit from customer while doing field collection.
F. Deposit Skipped List

H. Area Wise Collection
In Field Collection Management, Area wise collection report will make your collection more easy and less time consuming. In jainam Software while doing field collection, we can use Area wise collection list. In this list we can use filter of area and group to see all deposit and loan collection according to area wise and group wise. From area wise collection agent can easily do collection one by one . This access admin should give to agent or employee to manage filed collection.

Group Collection List , agent can see collection list according to group assignment. So while managing field collection , different kinds of collection list makes collection easy. All this collection will be done from agent or employee login using our mobile app . Admin can In also do collection from his own login at the time of agent or employee absence. So group collection list access admin can give to agent or employee to manage field collection.
