To send SMS to the customer is automated process in Jainam Software. It is a third party API Integrated service. You need to enable this service to send SMS to your Customers.If you want to buy this service you need to contact Jainam team, they will provide end to end set up and configuration about SMS service. Then SMS will be going in every task.
For example : If verify customer mobile you need to click on verify option one OTP will go to customers mobile number to verify his/her number. Then you need to enter that OTP and enter that OTP in Software to get customer mobile number successfully verified.
In above screen shot I have clicked on Verify Mobile option. And in below screen shot customer received OTP.
So You need to enter OTP and get customer mobile number verified successfully in one click. When Staff Login created that time also SMS will go the employees mobile number about their login details. When we disbursed loan that time SMS will go like this
Dear Customer, Your Loan of INR 5000 is disbursed vide Loan A/c number by Cash. COMPANY NAME
